The Radley Subdivision, recorded in 1915, was originally platted in 25x100 lots but never developed. Numerous lots were sold over the years; the owners have bought back all but four. There are also three existing homes owned by others on one boundary. The remaining deeded land comprises about 78 of the original 80 acres. The property is priced about $37,000 per acre. This is one of the last large parcels of undeveloped R-1 zoned property in Clarkdale. It sits above the Crossroads Subdivision and has expansive views. The Yavapai County records make it appear the property has 54 acres because they exclude the land in the roads. In addition to the 54 acres and the roads there are 32 individual parcels that comprise the overall property. Mescal Spur Road now connects directly with Highway 89A.
