Home buying can be a seriously stressful life experience. Our adventure started and ended with Carol Anne working her hardest to create a fun and memorable life change. Her positive outlook and honest approach to finding the absolute best house for the buyer shined through in every moment we spent with her. At one point we found the perfect place, one that was truly a filet mignon on a tuna fish budget. We had been stalking it online and as soon as we saw it we knew it was perfect. Unfortunately, as soon as we put in our offer we got word that the owners had just accepted another offer. The disappointment was real. I had purchased a commercial lot from Carol Anne several years ago, so I contacted her when I had a parcel to sell. This rural parcel was large with no comparables, current property lines did not exist or were inside the hostile neighbor's fence. An irrigation ditch, county right-of-way and river were also involved. Selling this land required splitting the parcel, contracting a surveyor to survey two separate parcels and brokering a deal between two buyers, long time hostile neighbor and a very senior seller. The selling process required frequent trips to Flagstaff to have offers rejected/accepted and contracts signed.
